Frisson, the market director of Tally, put forward a new proposal on August 10th, aiming to enhance the governance mechanism and strengthen security by implementing ARB token staking. The proposal plans to launch a liquid staking token called stARB through the Tally protocol, and introduce DeFi and Restaking to achieve token staking returns and compounding, while retaining the governance delegation of holders. Development work is expected to begin in August, with a full ARB staking implementation proposal submitted in October. Upon approval of the proposal, 2 million US dollars worth of ARB tokens will be provided as development funding.
