FTX Digital Markets, a subsidiary of FTX in the Bahamas, has successfully negotiated a significant settlement with FTX Trading Ltd. and its affiliated debtors (collectively referred to as the "FTX Debtors") on December 19th. This settlement will merge the assets of both parties, allowing for coordinated proceedings. FTX Digital Markets is currently undergoing liquidation proceedings in the Bahamas. The settlement has been reflected in a global settlement agreement signed by all parties today. Approval for the global settlement agreement will need to be obtained from the federal bankruptcy court in Delaware and the Supreme Court of the Bahamas.
